Service Description

Postnatal Doula Eat, sleep, poop repeat! 12 hours of nurturing, calm care for all the family. - An initial consultation to discuss your needs and for us to ‘bond’. - Up to 6 x 2 hour visits over days or weeks after birth, flexible to your family (between 8am – 9pm) - Helping around the house – light duties e.g. a load of washing, setting/unloading the dishwasher, refreshing drinks/snacks. - Helping with older siblings e.g. homework help, role modelling how to play/interact with baby, play time, reading. - Holding baby whilst parent(s) nap, shower, eat. - Providing practical and emotional support to parent(s) e.g. supporting feeding choices, listening, signposting - Accompanying you for walks/first outings with baby - All the tea and toast Plus access to my client ‘Resource Hub’; an online haven for evidence based links, signposting, printable affirmations, birth plan templates, blogs and much, much more! Additional visits are available at £20 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
